These different approaches to weight loss may very well work. However, you aren’t going to do yourself any favors if you start focusing on little details and forget about the big picture.

If you are going to lose weight, you have to select a diet that fits into your lifestyle long term.

It’s not something that you are going to do for a few weeks and then forget about. If you want results, you have to make a lifestyle change.

This isn’t just random advice. Researchers agree that good diets are the ones that you stick with over time.
